Life as a college student is filled with variables. From declaring a major to accepting a diploma, it takes a leap of faith to start down a career path and ultimately find a calling.

Luckily, there’s a handy tool in the co-ed’s toolbox to help feel out and assert those passions: internships. More specifically, internships that are worthwhile and challenging.

At Crossroads, we pride ourselves in offering internships that speak volumes of participants and offer value long after they’re completed. We demand a lot of our interns – and in return they get a mega-dose of real-world agency experience (not only with Crossroads but with our partner agency Barkley), portfolio material and the chance to be a contributing member on a variety of client teams.

Crossroads is on the hunt for a part-time, paid intern to join our team this fall and dive into the fast-paced, ever-changing world of communication. He or she should bring energy, creativity and a passion for communication. Other attributes we look for include:

  • Superb writing and analytic skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to manage one’s time well
