One of America’s most respected charities and a personal favorite of mine, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, has launched a new campaign.

The video features a star-studded ensemble of A-list celebrities and pediatric patients and caregivers alike, singing the popular Beatles tune “Hey Jude.”

One day into the campaign, the video has amassed nearly 200,000 views on YouTube and the #heystjude hashtag is lighting up Twitter, with influentials like @DrOz, @aplusk and @TheEllenShow pushing out the message.

Given the cast of characters, the inclusion of a ditty familiar to the masses and a cause so many people can rally around, this is a campaign to keep an eye on to see how it generates awareness and funds for this organization.
